Policies
 

General

- Submitting your the Order Form does not finalize the order or automatically place it on the calendar. The Baker will reach out within 48 hours to finalize the order.

 

- Order forms submitted on Thursday or Friday will be contacted no later than Tuesday of the next week.

 

- All deposits for all orders are non-refundable.

- Non-wedding orders will require a deposit if the total cost is $200 or above. Deposit amount is 50% of the final order cost and is due on the date chosen by the Baker.

 

- Pickup and Delivery will be discussed with the Baker and are contingent upon his schedule. 

 

- Red Bird Cake Studio reserves the right to cancel, rescind an order, or refuse service to any individual or entity.

- Cancellations within 72 hours of the pickup/delivery day or "No Shows" will result in a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 25% of the order's final cost.

- Upon delivery, Red Bird Cake Studio may complete staging if previously discussed. Otherwise, the product is the responsibility of the client once RBCS places it at location.

Wedding Orders

- Wedding orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to event date with a deposit of 50% due upon the date discussed with the Baker.

​

- Wedding clients have the option of having a tasting course which includes 6 cake flavors, and three different icings. 

​

- All Wedding orders require a consultation either in person or virtually. Red Bird Cake Studio reserves the right to require wedding orders to sign a contract.

Allergen Information

It is the responsibility of the client to list any allergies on your Order Form so we can ensure that you are getting a product that is mindful of yours or your guests' allergen needs.  Products from Red Bird Cake Studio may have exposure to various nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, coconut, and soy in the baking facility.

Communication

The Baker often communicates via email or phone to confirm the needs of the order, pick-up/delivery times, or specify any specialized information pertaining to the order itself. Please make sure the contact information on the Order Form is up-to-date and accurate.
